Terms of return :

We only accept return of defective diffusers (although we know the quality of our products ''defect'' is not in our dictionary).

Process for return :

Process of refund :

After verifying the state of the diffuser and approve the reason for return, we will issue a refund back to the customer within 14 working days.

No exchange, no return on essential oils and ceramic flowers.
